Crowdfill privacy policy
Crowdfill is built so that your data stays with you. We, dyrt.io, don't run servers for Crowdfill, don't use analytics or tracking, and don't collect, sell or share any information about you.
Who is responsible
dyrt.io publishes Crowdfill. For anything privacy-related, write to support@dyrt.io.
What stays on your device
Crowdfill saves the following in your browser's extension storage, on your own computer:
- the structure of the Google Forms you load (questions and options)
- your answer settings for each form, any spreadsheet or AI crowd you add, and your run history
- your preferences, and your Claude API key if you add one
We never receive any of it. Uninstalling Crowdfill deletes it.
What leaves your device, and where it goes
Crowdfill only sends data when you ask it to:
- To Google Forms, to read the form you choose and to submit the responses you set up. Requests are sent without your Google cookies, unless you turn on "Submit as signed-in user", in which case Google sees the responses as coming from your account.
- To Anthropic, only if you add your own API key and click Generate. The request contains the form's title and description, its questions and options, and the crowd description you write. Anthropic handles it under its own privacy policy.
Nothing is sent to us.
Chrome Web Store disclosure
Crowdfill does not collect or transmit personal or sensitive user data to the developer. Data that passes through the extension is used only for its single purpose, generating and submitting form responses that you configure. It is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to determine creditworthiness, and never transferred to anyone except the services listed above, at your request.
Crowdfill's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Because we don't hold any, there is normally nothing for us to hand over or delete, and you can remove everything Crowdfill stored by uninstalling it. You can still contact us with any question, and you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or the authority in your own country.
Children
Crowdfill is a tool for form owners and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above. We will never start collecting personal data without asking you first.
